Macros
for BMC Helix ITSM & Remedy ARS Mid-Tier
Sound familiar?
-
“Too many clicks, too much waiting.” Endless navigation, outdated UI, and lag steal hours every week.
-
“Manual data entry is ruining my reports.” Re-typing ticket IDs and asset details invites errors that audits love to find.
-
“Every upgrade breaks our customizations.” You’re tired of patch-day firefights and fragile scripts.
You’re not alone — these are the top frustrations admins and service-desk managers share across Gartner, SoftwareReviews, TrustRadius, and Reddit. Macros exists because we were living the same headaches.
From 17 clicks → 1 click, zero code, upgrade-safe.
Record a macro once, run it forever.
No ARS workflow edits, no API gymnastics, no waiting for the next platform overhaul.
