The Table Field Grabber allows you to get data you see in any

Remedy ARS or ITSM Suite Table Field or Result List exactly as you'd expect:

STEP 1: Run your query

Run a search in your BMC Helix ITSM or Remedy to select the data you need, as you do every day.

STEP 2: Select rows

In the Result List or Table Field select rows that contain the data you want to copy.

STEP 3: Copy and Paste it!

Right mouse click and click Copy selected rows. Then paste it into Excel or anywhere you want.

But it does get better

The Table Field Grabber copies the data including the column headers.

It's Excel compatible, i.e. when you paste into excel each column of your Result List or Table Field goes into it's own Excel column.

You can paste the data as CSV and import it somewhere else.

Installation

On-premise installations

Place the plugin folder in your Mid-Tier.
Add one line to the bootstrap.js (no changes to the clientcore.js required).
Relogin.

BMC Helix ITSM installations

Deploy custom workflow to your BMC Helix ITSM-instance.

Licensing

The Table Field Grabber utility is licensed per Domain (Mid-Tier URL excluding port, for instance http://our-itsm.com) so it is not constrained by how many users use it or how many applications you run on that particular domain.
